Bovington Tank Museum
In the spring of 2007 the Mulberry Tree Gallery was pleased to be able to provide Bovington Tank Museum with some fantastic canvases for their conferencing facility.
The canvases were to be put on stretcher bars at roughly A0 size, and we were able to provide high quality wooden bars with wedges, made in our workshop by Steve.
The Mulberry Tree Gallery is proud to be associated with the Tank Museum at Bovington, and we thoroughly enjoyed looking at these remarkable images in greater detail. The Tank Story tells the story of the tank from its invention to the present day. The Trench Experience allows you to walk in the footsteps of a World War One solider from the recruiting office to the front line. In the Discovery Centre you will find out how different tanks are used in different ways and learn what it is like to be a tank crewman.
Fresh from a 16million pound investment in new exhibitions & facilities, with almost 200 vehicles in 6 large halls, you will come face-to-face with tanks that have seen action in all the major wars of the 20th century.
